The Yuva Kabaddi Series 2024 started with great excitement at the Karpagam Academy of Higher Education in Coimbatore. The first day of the tournament featured five thrilling matches showcasing top kabaddi talents.
Himalayan Tahrs vs. Ladakh Wolves
The opening match saw the Himalayan Tahrs dominate the Ladakh Wolves with a score of 55-24. Mayank Saini led the Tahrs with a Super 10, scoring 16 raid points, while Raman Singh excelled in defense with a High 5, earning nine tackle points. The Wolves struggled, with Sandeep Singh and Rajan Singh Manhas contributing six raid points and four tackle points, respectively.
Dehradun Dynamos vs. Konark Kings
In the second match, the Dehradun Dynamos defeated the Konark Kings 44-34. Ajay Kumar was outstanding, achieving a Super 10 with 11 raid points and two tackle points.
