In Chandigarh, Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann and former Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh expressed their sorrow over the passing of Harvinder Singh Hanspal, the Chairman of the Punjab Energy Development Agency (PEDA). We pray to God to give the departed soul a place at his feet and give strength to the family and loved ones to bear the pain. Waheguru Waheguru."
