Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav is set to launch the ‘Sampada-2.0’ software, a significant step towards digitalizing property registration in the state. This launch will take place at the Kushabhau Thakre International Convention Center in Bhopal.
Successful Pilot and Statewide Implementation
After a successful pilot in Guna, Harda, Dindori, and Ratlam, the software will now be implemented across all 55 districts. Deputy Chief Minister Jagdish Devda highlighted the state’s leadership in e-registration and e-stamping.
Features of Sampada-2.0
The software allows digital registration of property transfers and loans, with features like e-KYC, Aadhaar and PAN identification, and video KYC. It includes GIS mapping, biometric ID, and digital signatures, eliminating the need for physical registry office visits.
Convenience and Accessibility
Documents can be accessed via Digi Locker, WhatsApp, and email, and registration officers can be contacted through video calls, making the process more convenient for users.
