In a statement, the Embassy of India in Berlin mentioned, "We have been in close contact with all the 7 Indians injured in the attack. Three have been discharged, while the remaining are under treatment. We are in regular touch with them and actively providing requisite support. We are also in touch with their families."
Earlier, India condemned the car attack at the Christmas market in Magdeburg, Germany, which resulted in five deaths and over 200 injuries. The Ministry of External Affairs expressed deep sorrow, stating, "We condemn the horrific and senseless attack. Our thoughts and prayers are with the victims."
