It will coordinate efforts, support the Supreme Committee of Crisis and Disaster Management, and develop resilience plans and policies. An Executive Director, appointed by the Chairman of the Executive Council of Dubai, will lead the Centre. The Decree is effective immediately and will be published in the Official Gazette.
