Event Overview
The Delhi Chapter of the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kanpur Alumni Association, in partnership with the Department of Science and Technology (DST), Government of India, is organizing the Startup Master Class (SMC) 2024. This event will take place on Saturday, November 23, at the Dr Ambedkar International Center (DAIC) in New Delhi.
Event Goals and Support
The master class aims to inspire and empower entrepreneurs across India, highlighting their innovative ideas. Supported by IBM, the Indian National Science Academy (INSA), TiE, the Indian Angel Network (IAN), and other leading companies, SMC 2024 will provide a platform to foster innovation and promote the development of world-class deep-tech products from India.

SMC 2024 will include impactful sessions, interactive workshops, and networking opportunities. Keynote speakers include Amitabh Kant, former CEO of NITI Aayog; Ms Padmaja Ruparel, Co-Founder of the Indian Angel Network; and Dr Abhay Karandikar, Secretary, DST. A Demo Day will allow select founders to pitch their products to investors, and personalized mentorship will offer strategic insights for entrepreneurs.
