The convention, held in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, from January 8 to 10, 2025, focused on the theme "Diaspora's Contribution to a Viksit Bharat." The event included a Youth PBD on the first day and featured speeches from Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi and External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar. The convention concluded successfully, with a large number of Indian diaspora members from over 50 countries participating.
