Additionally, Permanent Representatives and Deputy PRs from over 40 countries, UN officials, academics, diaspora members, and competition award winners were present.
Birendra Prasad Baishya highlighted the global growth of Hindi and its role in international diplomacy. Ambassador P. Harish emphasized Hindi's importance in national integration. Representatives from Mauritius, Nepal, Guyana, and Suriname shared insights on Hindi's cultural significance in their countries.
The event also featured competitions in essay writing, poetry, and recital in Hindi, with winners receiving awards.
