Ambulance and Bike Collision in Shimoga

In Shimoga, Karnataka, three bike riders were killed in a collision with an ambulance near Taralaghatta in Shikaripura taluk. The incident happened on Friday night. The ambulance was traveling from Shimoga to Haveri, while the bike was headed to Hosajoga from Shikaripura. The deceased were identified as Prasanna (25), Karthik (27), and Ajay (25), all residents of Hosajoga. The Shikaripura rural station police have registered a case.

Van and Lorry Crash in Haveri

Earlier on Friday, 13 people, including three children, were killed when their van crashed into a parked lorry in Haveri district. The family from Bhadravathi was returning from a temple when the accident occurred at Guddenahalli Cross on National Highway 48 in Bydagi.
