Thailand has introduced strict regulations for Pakistanis traveling with forged documents. Recent Incidents and FIA's Response
In October, Pakistan's Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) arrested two individuals at Karachi's Jinnah International Airport for attempting to travel with counterfeit visas. The suspects, Nazar Abbas and Umme Salma, were caught with fake visas for Iraq and the Turks and Caicos Islands, respectively.
FIA's New Travel Advisory
For the first time in two decades, the FIA has issued a travel advisory to combat human trafficking. The advisory calls for strict monitoring of passengers from 15 countries and nine Pakistani cities, focusing on those traveling on FlyDubai and Ethiopian Airlines. Enhanced profiling is recommended for passengers from specific regions in Pakistan.
