Mona Ghanem Al Marri, Vice Chairperson of the Dubai Media Council, highlighted the guidance of Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum in driving Dubai's progress and competitiveness.
The first cohort includes communication professionals from Dubai's government entities, focusing on enhancing leadership in strategic government communication. The programme will cover topics related to Dubai's growth and economic objectives, with the first session on government communication. Nehal Badri, Secretary-General of the Dubai Media Council, noted that 24 participants from 20 entities will engage in specialized sessions blending lectures and practical training.
In collaboration with top universities like MIT and Columbia University, the programme offers international visits to study best practices. Participants will receive certifications from renowned institutions, with the nine-month session refining leadership skills in government communication. The programme aims to consolidate Dubai's status as a global hub for business, sustainability, and innovation.
