On Friday, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh virtually inaugurated the Prerna Sthal at Burdang, Sikkim, in memory of 22 soldiers who lost their lives in a Glacial Lake Outburst Flood at South Lhonak Lake last October. Due to adverse weather in Gangtok, the ceremony was conducted from the Trishakti Corps Headquarters in Sukna, West Bengal.
