Investigation into Toshakhana Case

The NAB had filed a reference against former state leaders for not depositing luxury vehicles and valuable gifts from foreign leaders into the treasury. Toshakhana records show that Asif Ali Zardari received gifts worth USD 1.5 million, making him the top recipient. Former Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi received an annual average of USD 0.9 million and could have topped the list if he had completed his tenure.
