Senior MQM-P leader Mustafa Kamal condemned the remarks, urging authorities to take action. He highlighted that traders had even approached Pakistan's army chief with their concerns. Farooq Sattar, another MQM-P leader, criticized the PPP for perpetuating a feudal mindset in Sindh's governance.
The MQM-P reiterated its call for the implementation of the 27th Constitutional Amendment, which they believe is crucial for the welfare of Karachi's urban population.
