On Saturday, Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav conducted the Bhoomi Pujan for new power and renewable energy units in the Mohasa-Babai area of Narmadapuram district. He celebrated the region's success in industrial development and distributed land allotment letters to representatives of 20 industrial units in the renewable energy sector.
CM Yadav announced that the Mohasa Industrial Area would become a development hub for the entire Narmadapuram region. The Mohasa Babai Solar Energy Park has expanded from 227 to 884 acres, and each industrial unit will invest over Rs 2,000 crores, creating jobs in nearby areas like Sohagpur, Itarsi, Seoni Malwa, Pipariya, and Pachmarhi. This development aims to reduce job-related migration.
He emphasized Narmadapuram's suitability for industrial growth due to its natural resources and connectivity. The region has achieved significant success in a short time, and the sixth Regional Industry Conclave is being held there. Investors will benefit from the Industrial Park Mohasa's specialties and government financial grants, with land available at low rates.
Public Works Department Minister Rakesh Singh praised CM Yadav's visionary efforts, highlighting the substantial investments that will provide employment and elevate Narmadapuram's global industrial standing.
