In Manama, Bahrain, King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa received Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the UAE, at Al Safriya Palace. Sheikh Abdullah was visiting to participate in the 12th session of the UAE-Bahrain Joint Higher Committee.
Sheikh Abdullah conveyed greetings from President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, wishing prosperity for Bahrain. In return, King Hamad sent his greetings to the UAE President, expressing pride in the strong ties between the two nations. He emphasized the importance of strengthening these relations in various fields.
King Hamad praised the outcomes of the Joint Higher Committee meeting, highlighting achievements in strategic partnerships and cooperation. He appreciated the UAE's support for Bahrain.
Sheikh Abdullah affirmed the strong brotherly relationship between the UAE and Bahrain, expressing happiness to participate in the committee meeting. He praised Bahrain's progress under King Hamad's leadership and wished continued prosperity for its people.
The meeting was attended by several ministers and officials from both countries, including Abdullah bin Touq Al Mari, Noura Al Kaabi, and others.
