The event took place at Syed's grave in Sann, where protesters voiced their opposition to religious extremism, forced conversions, and human rights abuses.
Protesters carried placards and chanted slogans against religious extremism, the construction of dams on the Indus River, and the disappearance of Sindhi, Baloch, and Pashtun people. They demanded the recovery of missing persons, an end to forced conversions of Sindhi Hindu girls, and justice for victims.
JSFM leaders, including Amar Azadi, Adil Sindhi, and Hosho Sindhi, led the rally from Sheikh Abdul Majeed Sindhi Chowk to Syed's shrine. JSFM Chairperson Sohail Abro emphasized the need for unity among Sindhi national movement organizations and called for international support for Sindh's independence.
Abro also highlighted the importance of resolving global conflicts peacefully, referencing the recent peace agreement between Hamas and Israel. He urged Sindhi National Movement organizations to unite for freedom.
The rally concluded with the singing of the Sindhudesh national anthem at GM Syed's shrine, reinforcing the ongoing struggle for Sindhi freedom and human rights.
