Jorge Martin from Prima Pramac Racing has won the Grand Prix of Indonesia, marking his first victory since the French GP. Known as ‘The Martinator,’ he finished 1.404 seconds ahead, earning 25 points and extending his Championship lead from 12 to 21 points.

Race Highlights

Pedro Acosta from Red Bull GASGAS Tech3 finished second, moving up to fifth in the standings and becoming the top Pierer Mobility rider. Francesco Bagnaia from Ducati Lenovo Team secured third place, recovering from a difficult start to remain second in the title chase, 21 points behind Martin.

The race began with Martin taking an early lead, followed by Enea Bastianini from Ducati Lenovo Team. Bagnaia initially struggled, dropping to sixth place. Fabio Di Giannantonio from Pertamina Enduro VR46 Racing Team also faced challenges, dropping to 17th after losing control at Turn 10.

Final Standings

In the closing stages, Martin maintained a two-second lead, ultimately winning the race. Bagnaia finished third, followed by Franco Morbidelli in fourth and Marco Bezzecchi in fifth. Maverick Vinales from Aprilia Racing took sixth place, while Fabio Quartararo from Monster Energy Yamaha MotoGP finished seventh. Johann Zarco from CASTROL Honda LCR secured ninth place, and Raul Fernandez from Trackhouse Racing rounded out the top 10.

The race concluded with Takaaki Nakagami from IDEMITSU Honda LCR and Alex Rins from Monster Energy Yamaha MotoGP finishing in 11th and 12th places, respectively.
