In a significant outreach effort, the Indian Battalion under the United Nations Interim Security Force for Abyei conducted a transformative agricultural initiative in Rumajak Village. This program aimed to empower local communities by enhancing their agricultural knowledge and practices. A total of 71 local residents, including 37 women and 34 men, participated in the initiative, which was led by the Commander of the Rumajak Company Operating Base. The focus was on promoting sustainable agricultural methods and fostering self-reliance among the local population.
