IDF Strikes Hezbollah Weapons Warehouses in Beirut
The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) reported that their fighter jets, guided by the IDF’s Intelligence Division, carried out an airstrike on Thursday night. The target was Hezbollah’s weapons warehouses located in the Dahieh neighborhood of Beirut.
The IDF highlighted that these terrorist infrastructures were situated in the heart of a civilian area. They accused Hezbollah of cynically exploiting Lebanese citizens as human shields in city centers.
“This attack is another part of the ongoing effort to damage the infrastructure of the terrorist organization Hezbollah in the Beirut area,” stated the IDF. They also mentioned taking several steps to reduce the risk to civilians, including issuing advance warnings to the local population.
