Dharmendra Yadav, who lost his relative Shreya Yadav, expressed his grief and frustration over the mismanagement and lack of transparency. He stated, "Those who have given birth, only know the value of life, and it shouldn't be lost due to mismanagement. I demand that a case of culpable homicide should be lodged against the owner of the coaching institute."
Delhi Lieutenant Governor VK Saxena has asked the Divisional Commissioner to submit a detailed report on the incident by Tuesday. He emphasized that such issues cannot be ignored any longer.
Delhi Police have arrested the owner and coordinator of the IAS coaching center. The victims were identified as Shreya Yadav from Uttar Pradesh, Tanya Soni from Telangana, and Nivin Dalwin from Kerala. Their bodies have been sent to Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital for autopsy.
Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) MP Swati Maliwal expressed her outrage over the delay in action against the responsible officials. She stated, "The students are very sad and angry. It has been more than 12 hours, and till now neither any minister of the Delhi government nor the mayor of MCD nor any officer has come. I believe that these deaths are not a disaster. This is murder. An FIR should be registered against all these big government officials."
