The NDPS Act stands for the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act. It is a law in India that regulates the control and prohibition of drugs and substances that can be abused.
Drug-related cases refer to legal cases that involve the illegal use, sale, or distribution of drugs. These cases are handled by the police and courts to stop drug abuse and trafficking.
Seized properties are assets like houses, land, or vehicles that the police take away from people involved in illegal activities, such as drug trafficking, to prevent them from using these assets for further crimes.
