Sachdeva accused AAP's Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Singh of having multiple voter registrations, including in Harinagar and Sultanpur, and described it as electoral fraud.

Sachdeva alleged that Sanjay Singh's wife, Anita Singh, had her name removed from the voter list, but it still appeared in Singh's affidavit. He also accused Delhi Mayor Mahesh Kumar Khichi of arranging dual voter registrations for his wife under different names.

Sachdeva criticized AAP for undermining democracy by attempting to remove votes of prominent citizens and questioned the credibility of the Election Commission. The Delhi assembly elections are expected in February 2025, with AAP having won 62 of the 70 seats in 2020.
