An Anti-Terrorism Court in Islamabad has approved bail for 250 individuals involved in the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) protests on November 26. These bails were granted across 13 cases in 10 police stations, with each individual required to provide a surety bond of Rs 5,000. However, bail pleas for 150 other suspects were dismissed.

The PTI protests began on November 24, demanding the release of Imran Khan. Protesters traveled from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa to Islamabad, reaching D-Chowk by November 26, where security forces dispersed them during a late-night crackdown.
Bail for Bushra Bibi
On December 26, Bushra Bibi, wife of PTI founder Imran Khan, was granted interim bail until January 13 by the District and Sessions Court. She appeared in court with her legal team, securing bail in seven cases with surety bonds of Rs 50,000 each. Previously, on December 21, she received interim bail in 32 cases from an Anti-Terrorism Court in Rawalpindi, including 23 related to May 9 violence. Her lawyer, Faisal Malik, claimed the cases were politically motivated.
