West Bengal Governor CV Ananda Bose Criticizes State Government Over RG Kar Hospital Incident

In an interview, Governor Bose discussed the rape-murder of a PG trainee doctor at RG Kar Medical College and Hospital. The Calcutta High Court has transferred the case to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), and Governor Bose expressed hope for justice from the judiciary. The Kolkata Police have arrested 25 people in connection with the vandalism. The CBI is currently investigating the rape-murder case, and four doctors from RG Kar Medical College and Hospital have been summoned for questioning.
