Union Minister Mansukh Mandaviya to Launch eShram-One Stop Solution

On October 21, Union Minister Mansukh Mandaviya will introduce the ‘eShram-One Stop Solution’ in New Delhi, India. This initiative is part of the government’s plan to provide unorganised workers with easy access to various social sector schemes. The Ministry of Labour and Employment has designed this platform to act as a mediator, helping workers understand and benefit from government programs.

Purpose of eShram-One Stop Solution

The eShram-One Stop Solution aims to integrate information about beneficiaries of social security and welfare schemes for unorganised workers. It will help identify and implement these schemes efficiently, ensuring they reach all eligible workers. So far, 12 schemes from different central ministries and departments have been linked to eShram.

Achievements of eShram

Since its launch on August 26, 2021, eShram has enrolled over 30 crore unorganised workers, demonstrating its success and the government’s dedication to supporting this workforce.
