Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has raised alarms about a growing alliance between Russia and North Korea, which he believes could worsen the ongoing conflict between Ukraine and Russia. Zelenskyy expressed his gratitude to global leaders who have condemned this partnership. He shared his concerns on social media, highlighting the threat posed by North Korea supplying military personnel to Russia.

Zelenskyy emphasized the need for a fair response from international partners to address this threat. He warned that North Korea’s involvement could increase instability and prolong the war. Zelenskyy urged the world to act against this alliance, stating that silence would only benefit the continuation of the conflict.

According to South Korea’s National Intelligence Service, North Korea has sent 1,500 soldiers to Russia for training, marking its first military involvement in the war. These soldiers were transported on Russian ships and inspected by North Korean leader Kim Jong Un. Additionally, large Russian aircraft have been traveling between Vladivostok and Pyongyang, further indicating the collaboration.
