Agartala (Tripura) [India], August 21: Acting on a tip-off, Tripura Police arrested three Bangladeshi nationals at Agartala Railway Station on Wednesday. The individuals had reportedly entered India illegally from Bangladesh and were planning to travel further by train to another state, said the police.

The arrested individuals have been identified as:

Beauty Khatun was accompanied by her 15-month-old child, Byjit. A case has been registered at the Agartala GRP police station, and the accused will be presented before the court tomorrow, said the police.

Previous Incident

On Monday, Assam Police apprehended three Bangladeshi nationals who entered India from the Tripura side. The three individuals were later pushed back to the Bangladesh side.
