Adhikari accused the state police of failing to act against cross-border crimes like smuggling and drug trafficking. He also mentioned delays in filing FIRs by BSF officials due to jurisdiction issues.
Adhikari urged the state government to implement a Border Protection Grid and hold monthly coordination meetings to address border issues effectively.
