Abjeet Kingra Arrested, Vikram Sharma Wanted
In Colwood, British Columbia, a violent incident involving a shooting and arson occurred earlier this year. On October 30, police arrested 25-year-old Abjeet Kingra from Winnipeg. On September 2, 2024, West Shore RCMP officers responded to reports of gunfire at a residence near the 3300 block of Raven Court in Colwood. Upon arrival, they found two vehicles ablaze. A resident was safely evacuated, and the Colwood Fire Department extinguished the fires.
Following weeks of investigation, authorities apprehended Kingra in Ontario. He is set to make his first court appearance soon. The police are actively searching for Sharma, who is described as a South Asian male, 5’9″ tall, weighing 200 lbs, with black hair and brown eyes.
