Former Indian cricketer Sachin Tendulkar expressed his heartfelt greetings, emphasizing the joy of celebrating with friends. Shooter Manu Bhaker shared a delightful picture with her dog on Instagram, capturing the festive spirit. Bhaker made history by becoming the first Indian woman shooter to win an Olympic medal, securing third place in the women’s 10m air pistol event. She also won a bronze medal in the 10m air pistol mixed team event with Sarabjot Singh, marking India’s first shooting team medal. In her final event, she narrowly missed a historic treble, finishing fourth in the women’s 25m pistol shooting event.

Shuttler Lakshya Sen also wished his fans a joyful Diwali, saying, “Wishing you and your families a Diwali filled with love, laughter, and countless blessings. Thank you for being the light that keeps me going. Happy Diwali.” Recently, Sen faced disappointment at the Denmark Open, losing to China’s Lu Guangzu in the opening round.
