On the festive occasion of Diwali, famous sports personalities shared their warm wishes, spreading happiness and positivity. Former Indian cricketer Sachin Tendulkar expressed his heartfelt greetings, emphasizing the joy of celebrating with friends. He posted on social media, “Diwali feels brighter with friends by your side! Wishing everyone love, laughter & light this festive season. Happy Diwali!”
Shooter Manu Bhaker shared a delightful picture with her dog on Instagram, capturing the festive spirit. Bhaker made history by becoming the first Indian woman shooter to win an Olympic medal, securing third place in the women’s 10m air pistol event. She also won a bronze medal in the 10m air pistol mixed team event with Sarabjot Singh, marking India’s first shooting team medal. In her final event, she narrowly missed a historic treble, finishing fourth in the women’s 25m pistol shooting event.
