New Ambulances and Clinics

Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann has announced that education and health are the main priorities of his government. He introduced 58 new ambulances equipped with the latest technology to the Health Department of Punjab. This adds to the 325 ambulances already providing free services in the state.

Aam Aadmi Clinics

More than 850 Aam Aadmi Clinics have been opened in Punjab, benefiting almost 1.75 lakh people. CM Mann aims to revolutionize health services in the state.

Digitization and Road Safety

State Health and Family Welfare, Medical Education and Research Minister Dr. Balbir Singh stated that the government has digitized the primary healthcare sector. This allows for real-time data collection on diseases, even from remote areas, aiding in regular monitoring and timely action. The government is now focusing on strengthening tertiary and secondary healthcare facilities.

The Punjab Health Minister also mentioned the success of the Farishtey scheme and Sadak Surakhiya Force (SSF) in reducing road accident deaths by 26%.
