The two nations also cooperate in science and technology, with a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed in 2006. Additionally, an MoU for renewable energy cooperation was signed in 2015, and the third meeting of the Joint Working Group on Renewable Energy took place virtually in October 2021.
