Pakistani Security Forces Eliminate Four Terrorists in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Operations
In a significant move against terrorism, Pakistani security forces conducted two successful operations in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa on Sunday. According to the military’s media wing, the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), four terrorists were killed in these operations.
First Operation in North Waziristan
The first operation took place in the North Waziristan district. It was an intelligence-led mission that resulted in a fierce firefight. Two terrorists were killed, including a notable figure, Kharji Insaf Ullah.
Second Operation in Khyber District
In a separate operation in the Khyber District, security forces targeted another terrorist hideout. This led to the death of two more terrorists and injuries to three others. Weapons and ammunition were recovered from the site.
The military’s media wing highlighted that these terrorists were actively involved in numerous attacks against law enforcement and civilians.

Earlier in July, the Pakistan government labeled the banned Tehreek-i-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) as ‘Fitna al Khawarij’, urging institutions to refer to terrorists as “kharijis” or outcasts.
On Saturday, a suicide bombing in North Waziristan resulted in the deaths of at least eight people, including four police officers. The attack targeted a police post in the Eidak area of Mir Ali Tehsil. A rescue operation was launched, and the injured were taken to a local hospital. Security forces secured the area for investigation.
Since the Taliban’s return to power in Afghanistan in 2021, Pakistan has experienced a rise in terrorist activities.
