Pakistan Announces Squads for Australia and Zimbabwe Tours

Pakistan has revealed its 15-member squads for upcoming white-ball series tours to Australia and Zimbabwe, starting November 4. Star batter Babar Azam will be rested for the Zimbabwe tour, and the captain for this tour is yet to be decided. The team will see the return of experienced players Babar Azam, Shaheen Shah Afridi, and Naseem Shah for the Australia tour, who were previously rested for the last two Tests against England.

Key Players and Debutants

Mohammad Rizwan will participate in both the Australia matches and the Zimbabwe ODIs but will skip the T20Is. The squads include three debutants: Kamran Ghulam, Omair Bin Yousuf, and Sufyan Moqim. Newcomers Aamir Jamal, Arafat Minhas, Faisal Akram, Haseebullah, Muhammad Irfan Khan, and Saim Ayub join the ODI squad for the first time. Jahandad Khan and Salman Ali Agha make their debut in the T20I squad for the Australia tour.

Tour Schedule

Pakistan will play three ODIs against Australia from November 4-10, followed by three T20Is from November 14-18. The Zimbabwe tour begins on November 24 with three ODIs, followed by three T20Is, concluding on December 5, with all matches in Bulawayo.
