In Islamabad, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader and Leader of the Opposition in the National Assembly, Omar Ayub Khan, has accused the Pakistan government of attempting to bribe opposition lawmakers. Chief Justice Qazi Faez Isa questioned the withdrawal process, noting that multiple lawyers could have appeared to withdraw the petition themselves.
