Marc Hirschi Wins Czech Tour with UAE Team Emirates
Marc Hirschi of UAE Team Emirates showed great skill to win the overall title at the Czech Tour. The final stage, which was 131.8 km long from Sumperk to Sternberk, saw Hirschi and Julian Alaphilippe of Soudal Quickstep battling it out. Although Alaphilippe won the stage, Hirschi secured the overall victory. Diego Ulissi finished second overall, and Sergio Higuita of Red Bull – Bora came in third.
