Unified Effort by Maha Vikas Aghadi

As the Maharashtra Assembly Elections approach, Congress leader Atul Londhe Patil announced that the Maha Vikas Aghadi (MVA) will contest together with full strength to remove the BJP from power. He mentioned that seat adjustments for 260 seats have been completed, and remaining issues will be resolved soon with the help of Rahul Gandhi.

Seat-Sharing Discussions

Shiv Sena (UBT) MP Sanjay Raut plans to discuss seat-sharing with Rahul Gandhi, noting that decisions on several seats are still pending. He emphasized the need for quick decisions and mentioned that there is no major disagreement among the alliance parties, although some seats are contested by all three parties.

Challenges and Criticisms

Raut criticized the BJP, accusing them of using agencies like the CBI and ED against opponents. He also expressed concerns about the Election Commission and Supreme Court, claiming they favor the BJP. Despite these challenges, the MVA remains determined to stand against the BJP.
