Kiran George Advances to Korea Masters 2024 Quarter-Finals
In an exciting match at the Korea Masters 2024, Indian badminton player Kiran George secured a spot in the quarter-finals of the men’s singles event. He achieved this by defeating Chi Yu Jen from Chinese Taipei in a thrilling second-round match. The match ended with scores of 21-17, 19-21, 21-17 in favor of George.

Kiran George has previously reached the quarter-finals at the Indonesia Masters and Swiss Open this year but has struggled to advance beyond the round of 16 in recent competitions. No Indian player has won a title at the Korea Masters yet, with Tanya Hemanth being the only Indian participant last year, exiting in the first round.
