Kerala CM Pinarayi Vijayan Attends CPI(M) Meeting in Delhi
Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan visited the Communist Party of India (Marxist) headquarters in Delhi to participate in a crucial meeting. This meeting follows the recent passing of CPI(M) General Secretary Sitaram Yechury, who died from a respiratory infection at AIIMS Delhi. In the interim, the party will be led by the existing politburo, with Prakash Karat serving as the “politburo coordinator.” A new General Secretary will be chosen at the next party congress in Madurai, Tamil Nadu, scheduled for April next year.
