Abdullah Ali Al Yahya's visit to India marks his first official trip as Kuwait's foreign minister. During his visit, he met with Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who praised the Kuwaiti leadership for supporting Indian nationals. PM Modi expressed India's commitment to strengthening historical ties with Kuwait.
In a bilateral meeting, Jaishankar and Al Yahya discussed India-Kuwait relations, covering political, trade, investment, energy, and food security topics.
