Taiwan's Ministry of National Defense (MND) has reported a rise in Chinese military presence near its territory. Recently, five aircraft from the People's Liberation Army (PLA) and six vessels from the People's Liberation Army Navy (PLAN) were detected around Taiwan. The MND shared this information in a post, stating, "5 sorties of PLA aircraft and 6 PLAN vessels around Taiwan were detected up until 6 a.m. (UTC+8) today. 3 out of 5 sorties crossed the median line and entered Taiwan's southwestern ADIZ. We have monitored the situation and responded accordingly."
