IBM to Cut 1,000 Jobs in China Amid US-China Tensions

David Hoffman, a senior advisor from Conference Board Asia, mentioned that market access for Western firms in China is becoming more restricted due to national security concerns. IBM’s revenue in China fell by 19.6% last year, indicating that China is no longer as promising for its industries as it once was.
