This change follows a meeting where medical officers expressed their concerns to the Chief Minister, who promptly instructed health department officials to address the issue. The Himachal Medical Officers’ Association has praised this decision, with President Dr. Rajesh noting that the previous salary reduction was discouraging for doctors.
