In Kurukshetra, Haryana, Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini emerged victorious in the Ladwa assembly constituency elections, defeating Congress candidate Mewa Singh and independent candidate Vikramjeet Singh Cheema by a margin of 16,054 votes. Saini expressed his gratitude to the 2.80 crore people of Haryana, attributing the victory to Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s leadership. He stated, “This victory is solely due to PM Modi. Under his leadership, we are progressing.”

Following his win, Saini announced plans to offer prayers at the Jyotisar temple. He emphasized the continued support of the people and the BJP’s commitment to progress under Modi’s leadership. Union Minister Manohar Lal Khattar also credited the victory to the public and BJP workers, highlighting the party’s achievements for Haryana’s wrestlers, farmers, and youth.

According to the Election Commission, BJP candidates have secured 29 seats and are leading in 20 out of 90 Assembly seats in Haryana. The Congress has won 28 seats and is leading in 8, while two independent candidates have also won their seats.
