Godrej Properties Expands with New Project in Vastrapur, Ahmedabad

Godrej Properties (GPL) has announced the acquisition of approximately 3 acres of land in Vastrapur, Ahmedabad. The company plans to develop around 0.9 million square feet of saleable area, focusing on premium residential apartments. This project is expected to generate an estimated booking value of Rs 1,300 crore.

Gaurav Pandey, MD & CEO of Godrej Properties, expressed enthusiasm about the new project, stating it will strengthen their presence in Ahmedabad and align with their strategy of expanding in key real estate markets across India.

Vastrapur is a desirable location, home to landmarks like the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Ahmedabad, Vastrapur Lake Garden, and Nexus Ahmedabad One Mall. The area is well-served by top schools and healthcare facilities, making it an attractive choice for modern living. Its proximity to major business hubs like Navratna Business Park and Pinnacle Business Park adds to its appeal.

In FY 2024, Godrej Properties was recognized as the largest developer in India by the value of residential sales achieved.
