The Gandhinagar-Jaipur station in Rajasthan is undergoing a major redevelopment under the Amrit Station Scheme, with a budget of Rs 212.48 crore. The project is progressing rapidly, featuring a new air concourse, waiting rooms, shopping areas, and more. Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw praised the engineering efforts involved. Special Trains for Chhath Puja

To accommodate travelers during Chhath Puja, North Eastern Railway has launched 37 special trains. These trains connect various destinations including Gorakhpur, Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Surat, and more. Additional facilities like holding areas and CCTV monitoring have been set up to manage the passenger flow efficiently.
