Former Prime Minister HD Devegowda Meets BJP Leaders in New Delhi
On August 7, former Prime Minister and Rajya Sabha member HD Devegowda met with Union Health Minister and BJP National President JP Nadda in New Delhi. They discussed legislation and key political developments.
Devegowda shared on social media, “I met Union Health Minister and BJP President Shri JP Nadda avaru in New Delhi, today. We had a free exchange of ideas on some legislations and key political developments.”
Earlier, Devegowda also met with Union Home Minister and Minister of Cooperation Amit Shah. They discussed various issues related to Karnataka. Devegowda stated, “I had a cordial meeting today with Home Minister Shri Amit Shah avaru. We discussed various issues related to Karnataka.”
HD Devegowda was the 11th Prime Minister of India and the 14th Chief Minister of Karnataka. He has also served as the Leader of the Opposition in the Karnataka Assembly and was a key figure in the rise of the Janata Dal party in the state.
