Firefighters Extinguish Fires at Delhi Furniture Shop and Shoe Factory

A fire broke out at a furniture shop in the Nabi Karim area of Delhi early this morning. Officials from the Delhi Fire Service received the call at around 3:20 am and promptly dispatched 10 fire tenders to the scene. The fire has been extinguished, and cooling operations are currently underway.

Earlier, on September 15, a fire erupted at a shoe factory on Lawrence Road in Delhi. Divisional Fire Officer AK Jaiswal reported that all workers were evacuated safely, and 19 fire tenders were deployed to control the situation. The fire was caused by a 20-litre chemical adhesive, leading to continuous blasts. Fortunately, no casualties were reported in either incident.
