Chhattisgarh CM Vishnu Deo Sai and Indian Leaders Extend Diwali Wishes
On October 31, Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai shared his Diwali greetings with the people of the state. He plans to celebrate the festival with his family in Bagiya Village, Jashpur district. CM Sai expressed his wishes for a peaceful celebration and blessings from Goddess Laxmi. President Droupadi Murmu extended her Diwali greetings to all Indians, emphasizing the festival’s symbolism of knowledge over ignorance and good over evil. She encouraged adopting virtues of love and compassion.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi wished everyone a healthy and prosperous life, hoping for blessings from Maa Lakshmi and Lord Shri Ganesha. Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar also shared his greetings, highlighting Diwali’s message of hope and unity.
In celebration, Aarti was performed at the Mahakal Temple in Ujjain, and many devotees visited the Vadapalani Murugan Temple in Chennai.
